The AmericaOne Purchasing Card System is simple and easy to use. Simply receive the Purchasing Card number from your customer in person, over the phone or from the Internet and enter the card number and the sale amount. Within seconds you will receive a sales authorization.

AmericaOne's Purchasing Card System accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards. Visa and MasterCard offer several levels of data capture information, which includes the sales tax amount, purchase order number (Level II) and the line item detail (Level III). American Express Corporate Purchasing Cards data capture includes the sales tax amount, supplier and card member reference numbers and charge descriptors.

Every day your approved transactions are totaled and paid directly to your bank account. The purchaser is also simultaneously billed, and all the transactional information on your AmericaOne Purchasing Card activity is summarized in an easy-to-read-and-understand transactional report. In addition to standardized reporting, AmericaOne provides ACH reporting files, enabling our clients and their banks to automate the cash management reconciliation process.
