  David McMackin, President and Chief Executive Officer

David McMackin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He provides dynamic leadership and strategic vision for AmericaOne's current operations and future growth, backed by more than 25 years of experience in business, real estate and banking.

Mr. McMackin shares his experience with the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) where he is a second term member of its Board of Directors.

One of his priorities is his unwavering commitment that AmericaOne always deliver incomparable customer service to its merchants and sales representatives.

Mr. McMackin points with pride to AmericaOne's success in this regard by its extremely low merchant-attrition rate of 8.0% in 2006 compared to a typical industry rate of 15% or more. He also notes that the organization consistently receives high marks from its merchants, who often report that the quality of support from AmericaOne far exceeds their experience with previous processors.

Prior to co-founding AmericaOne, Mr. McMackin co-founded and served as CEO of Exclusive USA Marketing Corporation, which involved exclusive national marketing rights to the USA Processing/Bank of America Merchant Services Program. Under his leadership, the company delivered merchant enrollment volumes exceeding any previous volumes experienced by Bank of America outside its internal branch structure.

Concurrently with his involvement in Exclusive USA Marketing, Mr. McMackin served as the Vice President of USA Processing, which partnered with Bank of America and First Data Corporation in a joint venture to provide cash-advance services to the gaming industry. During his tenure, USA's companies initiated merchant-processing services for approximately 20,000 merchants nationally. Mr. McMackin successfully directed many facets of the company's operation including sales and marketing, merchant underwriting, attrition strategies, fraud detection and risk management.

Along with his leadership role at AmericaOne and the ETA, Mr. McMackin serves on the advisory board of industry's leading publication, The Green Sheet Magazine. Mr. McMackin has served on the Nominating Committee of the Electronic Transaction Association and was the chairman of the Driving Committee for the ETA Network Expo. He has also served on the ETA Presidential Advisory Committee.

Mr. McMackin majored in business administration and marketing at San Jose State University, San Jose, California.




  Len Marmino, National Sales Manager

Len Marmino is AmerciaOne's National Sales Manager. As one of the most successful merchant services professionals in the country, Mr. Marmino leads a team of Regional and District Manager. His responsibilities include managing AmericaOne's day-to-day sales efforts, developing sales strategies to meet current market conditions and overseeing the training of all sales employees.

As an effective motivator, teacher and manager, Mr. Marmino has helped create a corporate culture at AmericaOne where employees are supported, encouraged and inspired to do their best for themselves and the company. His tireless efforts, positive attitude and wealth of experience are facilitating the growth and success of AmericaOne and its employees.

Mr. Marmino spent 14 years working with First Data Corporation, the largest credit card service in the world. During his tenure, he was the number one or number two Sales Manager every year and Sales Manager of the Year six times. He was top revenue producing manager from 2002 to 2005 and served as Senior Regional Sales Manager before joining AmericaOne. While managing four teams in 2005, Mr. Marmino was responsible for over $2 billion in new sales volume.

Mr. Marmino is a graduate of Michigan State University's.




  Cihat Fitzgerald, Chief Operation Officer

Cihat Fitzgerald is an eleven-year veteran of the electronic payments industry, and held the COO, and later CEO, position at US Merchant Systems, one of the nation's leading ISOs, of which he also was a Board Member.

At USMS, Mr. Fitzgerald built a merchant portfolio that exceeded $1 billion in annual processing volume over the course of only four years, resulting in record revenue and earnings.

Mr. Fitzgerald was also one of the founding members of the PayQuake payment product. PayQuake is a unique product, which offers dynamic pricing for micro-merchants.

Well skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of bankcard and ISO/MSP operations, Mr. Fitzgerald came into the payments business from the Defense and Aerospace industry where he was a key team member in the delivery of high-end software systems to clients such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin and the US Air Force.

Mr. Fitzgerald was born in the Netherlands and completed his education overseas.




  Michael G. McMackin, Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

As Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Mr. McMackin oversees operations that include compliance, audit, customer advocate services, merchant underwriting, attrition strategies, fraud detection and risk management, real estate and security functions of the company. He utilizes his extensive experience in business, banking and the merchant-acquiring business to add strength to AmericaOne's current and future operations and to enhance its ability to deliver top-quality service to customers.

Before co-founding AmericaOne, Mr. McMackin was the National Marketing Director for the USA Processing/Bank of America Merchant Services Program; Mr. McMackin commanded an exclusive sales team that partnered with national retail and hospitality chains. He also managed the initiation of over 300 independent sales offices throughout the major metropolitan areas of the United States which delivered thousands of merchant customers to the company. His additional accomplishments included the implementation and development of numerous cutting-edge product offerings for the Internet, banking and retail industries.

Mr. McMackin majored in business administration and economics at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.




  David Wren, Vice President of Marketing & National Sales Trainer

David Wren serves as Vice President of Marketing and National Sales Trainer. In his dual role at AmericaOne he brings over 25 years of retail sales and marketing experience to the company.

His responsibilities include the development of all promotion and marketing materials for AmericaOne. He also works side-by-side with AmericaOne's National Sales Manager to train AmericaOne's sales force.

Mr. Wren, with support from key members of AmericaOne's Information Technology team, has created a state-of-the art web-based training program that is without equal in the industry. He also wrote the AmericaOne's Relationship Manager Workbook, which is one of the most comprehensive learning tools for merchant services professionals ever written.

As a top salesperson, entrepreneur, and president of his own marketing communications firm he has a broad range of business experience. Mr. Wren graduated from San Francisco State University where he earned a B.S. in economics and studied marketing and journalism.




  Scott Slade, Vice President Sales Support

Scott Slade directs the Sales Support operations for AmericaOne. His division provides vital support to a large and growing team of AmericaOne's sales representatives throughout the United States. Mr. Slade's extensive experience has been utilized to lay the foundation and framework for current operations and to oversee the build-out for AmericaOne's growth.

His ongoing efforts, which have resulted in an effective and uninterrupted expansion of services, include staff training and management, infrastructure and systems development, and overseeing the consistent delivery of high-quality support.

Before joining AmericaOne, Mr. Slade served as Senior Product Manager at MCI WorldCom, Inc., where he managed the product launch and ongoing support of a $420-million product line. He has also served as Senior Program Manager at British Telecom North America.

Mr. Slade provided his expertise as Network and Quality Control Manager at McDonnell Douglas Payment Systems Company. While at McDonnell Douglas, Mr. Slade oversaw bankcard software integration activities. His team tested software and network components in a laboratory environment, thus assuring that the processing of over 1 million daily transactions daily were not downgraded.

Mr. Slade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.




  Neren Argente, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Neren Argente is responsible for the corporation's Human Resources functions, including staffing, training, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and operations.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Argente provides dynamic leadership and strategic vision for AmericaOne's current employees and future growth. For more than 2 years, Argente has guided Human Resources efforts at AmericaOne and is backed with more than 8 years of business expertise with extensive knowledge base in human resources, compensation and employee benefits. She has made an unwavering commitment to delivering AmericaOne's employees incomparable advocate service and support while assisting them at all levels of their employment with the common goal of promoting and accelerating their career opportunities with AmericaOne.




  Konstantin Weiner, Chief Information Officer

Like many technology experts, Mr. Weiner thrives on "bringing order from chaos," enabling business organizations to tap into technology that will streamline, standardize and improve the efficiency of their operations. He has been contributing his professional enthusiasm and expertise to AmericaOne since May 2003.

Mr. Weiner is currently focusing his attention on creating and implementing a structure that meets both the company's internal requirements and the needs of its customers. This includes development of effective financial reporting for company operations and for its customer ISOs.

Before joining AmericaOne, Mr. Weiner established and managed a technology consulting company, TempoDynamicsGroup, Inc. Prior to that, he contributed systems and software engineering expertise at a number of technology companies, including Net2phone & ADIR Technologies, iBEAM Broadcasting and Bloomberg L.P.

Mr. Weiner holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University.




  Michelle Langford, Retention Manager of Merchant Service

Michelle Langford brings years of management and customer service experience to her post as Retention Manager. The primary focus of her team is to interface with AmericaOnes merchant clients on a daily basis to monitor the quality of our service, problem solve, insure our competitive advantage and maintain the companys relationships with its clients at the highest level.

Ms. Langford is also responsible for directing the ongoing sales of additional products and services to existing clients. The sale of these additional products play an important role in maintianing a low client attrition rate. Special sales promotions and specific product offerings to existing clients are a significant revenue source for AmericaOne as well.

Ms. Langford's interoffice responsibilities include the training and staffing of her department as well as providing high-level support and expertise to resolve complex merchant issues for AmericaOnes sales force.

Ms. Langford joined AmericaOne from the real estate industry where she provided agents with escrow support. Ms. Langfords excellent communication skills and attention to critical documentation preparation have been instrumental in her business success.
